But to assist in all your strife

To show you other things to do

That may help to develop you

A relationship built on trust

To be a Mentor this is a must

Not interfering in what you do

But helping to see things through

Guiding you with a friendly voice

But knowing that it’s all your choice

The Mentee decides the way to go

The Mentor hopes they’ve helped you grow
